Establishing a Godo-Kaisha (LLC)
A limited liability company (LLC) is a separate legal entity and can own property, incur debts, sue and be sued. Any business dealings are made on behalf of the company. Its owners are liable only for the amount they invested. An LLC must have at least one director to manage the business.
