My view of human bonding and education

Japanese business start-up consultant

Children are the future adults who will sustain the economy and society, and they need to learn love, empathy, patience but because of their age, there are many things to learn in reality, and spending their time in various places would be good experiences for them. Importantly, the loving family relationship is fundamental, and building up the networking with other people comes second.

Firstly, human bonding is most important for human beings because we are social creatures. Statistically, when children feel secure in their young ages at home, they can be persistent and strive for anything after they become adults. This is because the security in their mind keeps them motivated and confronts any challenging situation they might encounter.

However, children are easily spoiled among family members, because the place is too comfortable and relaxing. They have to be independent mentally and physically, and that is the social responsibility for adults. An event in our daily life is not always welcoming and an unexpected matter happens often. Their time in nurseries or pre-schools is ideal for preparing them for this as there are many peers, who have different ideas, outlooks and customs.

As a conclusion, balancing between a warm family atmosphere and the community environment is critical because it supports children’s internal development and communication skills. A family should look after their children to build up their trust, and secondly disciplines are needed to learn events that happen in the actual world.

Working environments

Japanese business start-up consultant

Due to the Covid-19, the world, including our working lifestyle has been changing.

Employees used to spend long hours at their workplace, but many are now working from home. The meaning of an office is also changing. However, a good working environment is critical, because a business and ultimately society consist of people. As employers who manage their workforce, establishing good communications in their workplaces is the first priority and making employees feel valued as people is topped up.

Firstly, communication is a basic and general connection for humans because we are social creatures. While people are secure at their working places, they nicely talk and voluntarily help each other. However, once a conflict occurs, they don’t communicate much, and since then, the profit has been likely to get worse.

Secondly, humans are all different, and when they conduct a project as a team, there are many ways to achieve a goal. When a person recognises different ideas, thoughts and ways, they can respect each other and accept various approaches. The brain-storming methods among colleagues result in better profits and consequences. That is the true meaning of the value for human relationship.

I must say, employers owe a social responsibility as managers of organisations, but it is not possible to achieve two things at the same time, and step-by-step procedures lead to the firm and certain society. Making employees feel valued as people is essential, but it is hard to achieve this without communication. Smooth communication comes first and the value as people are closely related to it.

Technology and the important things in life.

Japanese business start-up consultant

Modern technology affects our lives in many ways, such as entertainment, working life and health, but in terms of the time we spend, time for entertainment and working life has utterly changed our society, culture and habits.

Firstly, many people are working during the daytime, especially for the working-age population, because the generation has held our economy. Traditionally, many people commuted to their workplace and consumed plenty of time for work in the 20th century, but nowadays we are more flexible thanks to the Internet and digital progress. Even though people are far away, they can meet up online, and many contracts are exchanged by emails, so they don’t need to travel in person.

However, regardless of the flexibility above, we become busier because of social networking, mobile applications and searching the Internet. Fast growing computer systems prevents us from talking face-to-face. The younger generation suffers from mental problems and feels isolated from the society. Even though a family stays at the same house, they communicate with chat messaging services.

Last but not least, technology makes our lives more convenient and time-efficiency, but in return, we give up the time for directly communicating with each other, which causes mental problems and social discrimination. We should not ignore these signs, and should take into account the balance between reliance on technological development and traditional quality of life.

Maintaining the motivation for individuals to work and the steady well-being.

Japanese business start-up consultant
  1. Introduction
I am launching a project, called “Motivation and Well-being”, because the Covid-19 pandemic that has spread around the world in 2020 has fallen the economy into recession, the greatest depression since the end of World War II. The economy is depressed, and individuals feel depressed too. A vaccine has been developed, but there is news that it will take at least the whole of next year for the economy to be stabilised.
  1. Background
Under the circumstances above, it has been reported that the economy is slowly recovering in the property industry and real property is going to attract customers again. It is time to prepare for post-Covid 19.
However, many employees still work from home and there has been a dramatic increase in the number of adults reporting depression caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. As society is aging, it will be increasingly important to provide information and advice of maintaining the motivation for individuals to work and the steady well-being, and business strategies to increase the number of customers.
  1. Target for well-being
The benefits of a healthy mind and body and the ability to speak English are based on the basic human needs for self-esteem. Socrates, the famous ancient Greek philosopher, said: “one’s true self is not to be identified with what we own, with our social status, our reputation, or even with our body”. This project offers not only a combination of economically effective outcomes, but also helps participants to maintain their mental and physical health. It also provides advice on how to achieve self-esteem in social activities.
  1. Business Strategy for Customer Acquisition
I am a real-property lawyer from Japan, so I also make a strategy for business. For example, I provide a perfect solution for a promotion of empty rental properties. Posting of empty properties on a website is not enough to attract customers to rent them out. A supplier needs to make an effort to promote the real properties they manage. It is no longer possible to acquire customers on the basis of the company’s business name or their brand. Advertising on social media platforms as well as an individual platform is now an essential tool, just as offering free yoga classes or videos at real property will be a tool to both promote the real property and let people know it as an attractive sales strategy.
